Happy Mail

dneumann1972

In a world where our mailboxes are often filled with bills and ads, there's something magical about receiving a real, handwritten letter or a surprise package. That's why I've decided to start sending happy mail—not for birthdays, not for holidays, but just because.

There's no better feeling than imagining someone's face when they open their mailbox and find something unexpected, something meant purely to brighten their day. And honestly? Sending happy mail makes me just as happy as the person receiving it!

Happy mail is anything you send in the mail to bring a smile to someone's face. It can be as simple as a handwritten note or as elaborate as a little gift. The key is that it's unexpected and filled with kindness. For me, happy mail is a simple way to spread a little bit of kindness. You never know who might need that extra bit of encouragement. And the best part? It makes me happy, too. There's something so fun about imagining someone opening their mailbox and finding an unexpected surprise!

I'm making it my mission to surprise my friends, family, and even co-workers with happy mail throughout the year. No reason needed—just because. So, if you find something unexpected in your mailbox soon, know that it was sent with love and a smile. If you'd like to get in on the happy mail train, it's easy! A small act of kindness can go a long way. It doesn't have to be big—just a little something to let the recipient know you were thinking of them. It could be a handwritten note or postcard, a doodle or a fun sticker, a cute notepad or an inspiring quote, or even a small surprise tucked inside an envelope. Let's keep this lost art alive—one surprise envelope at a time!
